AWARD

Starting in 2025, the Handa Gote research & development group will award a Prize for long-term contributions to Czech theater. The award ceremony is part of the traditional Šibřinky theater event, and the winner is selected by lottery from among the audience members who have purchased raffle tickets. The first recipient of the award was Czech playwright S.D.CH. In 2026, Šibřinky was performed on two consecutive evenings, so two awards had to be presented. The names of the two winners in 2026 are unknown.
